Description

Retrieve FDA drug label information by searching a specific FDA drug label field for a given value (field:value). This is a generic field-based lookup. Use `return_fields` to choose which sections/fields to return, or pass "ALL" to return full label records. Note: for `openfda.generic_name`, values are typically uppercase (e.g., "ASPIRIN").
