gnomad get transcript

Get basic transcript metadata from gnomAD by Ensembl transcript ID (e.g., ENST...). The response includes the linked `gene` object (gene ID + symbol). Use `gnomad_get_gene` to find a gene's `canonical_transcript_id`.
