Get target-disease evidence from Open Targets filtered by configurable data sources. Unlike OpenTargets_target_disease_evidence (intogen-only), this tool accepts any datasourceIds. Valid sources include: ot_genetics_portal, eva, eva_somatic, gene_burden, genomics_england, intogen, cancer_gene_census, chembl, crispr, europepmc, expression_atlas, gene2phenotype, orphanet, uniprot_literature, uniprot_variants, clingen, phewas_catalog, reactome, progeny, slapenrich, sysbio.
